2. Message with the owner of Teratak As-salam homestay and Kampung Ujung Bukit Homestay to obtain permission to conduct an interview and visit at the homestay.

3. Deal with the owner of Kampung Ujung Bukit homestay because it is among the homestays that received requests to conduct interviews and visits to Kampung Ujung Bukit homestay.

4. Book a grab as transportation to Ujung Bukit homestay to conduct interviews and visits.

5. Take photos of the homestay area during the visit with the team.

6. Record audio throughout the interview.

7. Build a blog for specific sections such as the 4P elements of the product and several others.
