FIRST MEETING

Chapter 2: Week 6 (29 April 2025)

    Discussions on selecting the best homestay were made through online meetings using the google meet platform attended by all members of the Group. Through this discussion, we chose the Kampung Ujung Bukit Homestay as the best homestay and will be studied in more depth. We chose this homestay because the price offered is lower than other homestays, starting at RM120 to RM520 with very attractive facilities and a strategic homestay location to obtain unique natural views compared to other Group member homestays. Other Group member homestays offer similar facilities but different higher price offers compared to Kampung Ujung Bukit Homestay. 

Compared to others homestay except Teratak As-Salam Homestay, Kampung Ujung Bukit Homestay offer a perfect paddy field view along with a beautiful Bukit Merbok view. The view can attracted city people especially people from Kuala Lumpur that want to get away from the busy city life, they can stay for a night and experience real village atmosphere. Foreign tourist that want to experience the real Malaysia nature feel the authentic Malaysian village atmosphere, where stunning scenery is showcased.

    The discussion is made in their respective residences as the online class still on going. After being disappointed by Teratak As-Salam Homestay, we tried our luck by choosing Kampung Ujung Bukit Homestay.
